Strawberry Banana Coconut Superfood Smoothie

This smoothie can be breakfast, a pre- or post-workout snack, or a filling treat to get you through the afternoon.  

Strawberry Banana Coconut Superfood Smoothie 2

1 cup almond or coconut milk

1 whole frozen banana

6 frozen strawberries

1 tbsp non-fat greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 tbsp coconut oil

3 ice cubes


Place all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth and enjoy!  Top with hemp seeds if desired.  Depending on your preferred consistency, feel free to add more milk - I like my smoothies thick!
